A Yoga instructor for over twenty years, she began her work in the healing arts as a Yoga Teacher trained in the Shivananda and Integral Yoga traditions. She received her Certification in Yoga Instruction and Philosophy at The Freehold Yoga Center. She was certified in Cardiac Yoga by M. Laura started her massage career at Lehigh Valley Healing Arts Academy in 2005, where she learned relaxation and deep tissue massage.

Since then she has studied Trager, Zero Balancing and Neuromuscular Therapy. After completing a M.S. in Molecular Biology at Lehigh University in 2007, Laura decided to change direction and study acupuncture. She is currently working toward a Master's in Acupuncture at Tai Sophia Institute.

Elaine graduated from Health Options Institute, Freemansburg, PA, and began practicing massage therapy in 2005. Her inspiration is her belief that massage therapy is crucial for health, healing and happiness. She finds massage therapy is work that she truly loves

Elaine draws from her extensive training, integrating many techniques with a gentle, compassionate, intuitive touch, to create a therapeutic massage for each client. Her goal is to relieve fatigue, eliminate pain and create a very positive experience, leaving the client calm, relaxed and peaceful.

Claire brings a diverse and well-traveled background to her practice. Even at her young age, she has lived in many places across the world and is fluent in several languages. After completing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology, she found her way to the Massage Therapy Program at The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts and graduated from the intuitive and spiritually based training while she continued to seek greater methods of helping others. It was during this training that she was diagnosed with a chronic digestive disorder and began to seek a more holistic approach to healing.

In her journey to heal herself, she again found an outlet for her desire to help and support others and enrolled in the Holistic Health Counseling Program at the School of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. The largest nutrition school in the world, the curriculum integrates all the different dietary theories, combining knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts such as the USDA food pyramid, the Glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. Practitioners are trained to help others understand that the balance in their diet is only the beginning and that, without finding joy and balance in other aspects of their lives, they may not achieve the results they are seeking. Even now as she works with her clients in both Massage Therapy and Holistic Health Counseling, Claire is continuing her journey of self-discovery and healing as she begins the necessary training to become a Naturopathic Doctor. Her attunement at Reiki Level II allows her to bring more energy work into her bodywork practice; her Holistic Health training helps her understand the multi-level aspects of any healing practice; and, as she learns from her clients and her continuing journey, she continues to seek even more and better ways of helping others in their healing.
