Zero Balancing

Zero Balancing is hands-on bodywork designed to align your energy body with your physical structure. When structure and energy are balanced, dysfunctional habits tend to release. You're able to function with greater ease, efficiency and comfort, cope with stresses better and enjoy robust health. The session generally lasts for 30 to 40 minutes and is performed fully clothed, first in a seated position and then in a reclining position on your back. Throughout the Zero Balancing session, attention is given to the skeleton in particular because it contains the deepest and strongest energy currents.
Designed by Dr. Fritz Smith in 1973, Zero Balancing represents the integration of Eastern views of energy with Western views of science and teaches how to use energy as a working tool in relation to body structure. Research shows that changes in energy fields precede disease and illness. Zero Balancing seeks to relieve physical and mental symptoms and to enhance the ability to deal with stress by organizing vibratory fields and promoting the sense of wholeness and well being. It is a holistic body therapy that amplifies a person's experience of health and vitality on all levels.
